Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. How do I receive my Digital Proof?

Answer: Your Digital Proof will be emailed to you. At checkout, please ensure you provide an email address that is monitored daily. 

  

2. What if I don't Approve the Digital Proof?

Answer: We want to make sure you're happy with your order so we will modify the Digital Proof. This does not include modifying the original design. 

 

3. What if I don't respond with a Proof Approval?

Answer: We provide a Digital Proof within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. If we do not receive Proof Approval within 5 business days, we will send your order to production. 

 

4. What file type do you need from me?

Answer: We prefer .SVG, .EPS, .AI, or vector-based PDFs. We can also use high resolution .JPG and .PNG files. These files might require design time to accommodate the size of print you order. 

 

5. What is design time?

Answer: Design time is required when an image is provided that will not lead to great print results. During proofing, we will notify you if the image is too low in DPI (Dots per inch) or the resolution is too low. You then have the option to order design time. If ordered, we will upgrade your image quality to a higher DPI and resolution.

 

6. Will you convert my design to the correct file type?

Answer: Yes. If you know your file is not one of the above file types, please purchase 1x "Design Time" to convert a file to the proper file type for printing. You can find Design Time by using the search bar. 

 

7. Will you design a brand new design/logo with design time if I don't have a logo.

Answer: No. unfortunately designing a logo is very time consuming and requires a consultative approach to the design work. While we would love to help, we simply don't have the time to do this while staying true to our 24hour turnaround time on our prints.
